Cástulo Guerra

Born in Córdoba on August 24, 1945, Cástulo Guerra is an Argentine actor whose career has moved across theatre, film, television, video games and animation. His work on stage includes playing the Player in a Teatro Universitario de Tucumán production of Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead. The production traveled to the Teatro Cervantes in Buenos Aires in 1971. Guerra’s film credits reflect a willingness to work across very different kinds of movies. He appeared in Where the River Runs Black and Cold Heaven, as well as major Hollywood productions including Terminator 2: Judgment Day, The Usual Suspects and The Mexican. His filmography also includes Meet Me in Miami, The Celestine Prophecy and Beverly Hills Chihuahua 2. It is a varied group of titles, ranging from science fiction and crime to drama, comedy and family entertainment. Television has been an equally substantial part of his career. Guerra appeared in series including Riptide, The Fall Guy, Falcon Crest, The A-Team and Remington Steele, followed by credits in L.A. Law, Star Trek: The Next Generation, 21 Jump Street and Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman. Later television work included Brimstone, Nash Bridges, The Agency, ER, Alias, CSI: Miami, The West Wing, Prison Break and Numb3rs. He also played Raphael Castillo in Santa Barbara. Beyond live-action roles, Guerra is known to video game audiences as Samir Duran in StarCraft. He also voiced General Suarez in the animated series Deathstroke: Knights & Dragons.
