Brad Savage

Brad Savage is an American actor born in Livonia, Michigan, on December 9, 1965. His career took shape across both film and television, with a body of work that stretches from family movies to some of the most widely recognized titles of the 1970s and 1980s. Savage is best known for Red Dawn, but that single credit tells only part of the story. His film appearances also include Two-Minute Warning, The Apple Dumpling Gang, Echoes of a Summer, No Deposit, No Return, Return from Witch Mountain and Islands in the Stream. It is a varied group of movies, and it reflects a career built through steady work rather than one narrowly defined screen identity. Television was an equally important part of Savage’s early career. During the 1970s and 1980s, he appeared in Salem’s Lot, CHiPs, Mork & Mindy, Emergency!, Fantasy Island and The Love Boat.
